IKEA Hack Ideas to Customize Kids Beds

So I don’t know about you but I love a good IKEA hack. I’m always amazed at what people can do with a basic piece of IKEA furniture. It is just so customizable! My daughter is beyond ready for a big girl bed. She started breaking out of her crib a few months ago and recently we’ve ditched the crib altogether. We’ve been doing the mattress on the floor thing for a few weeks now and she’s overdue for a big kid bed. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect bed for awhile now and I just haven’t found anything I love in the right price range. I can’t believe how expensive youth beds are… like crazy expensive!!

Since I love DIYing so much, it’s so hard to pay full price for something I know I can DIY for a fraction of the cost. As it turns out I’m not the only one because whiling searching for inspiration I found a bunch of really great IKEA hacks for custom kids’ beds! ikea hacks kids bedsI’m definitely doing an IKEA hack for her bed and all of these cute kids beds have inspired me so I thought you all would appreciate seeing some awesome IKEA hack (ed) kids beds!
