Lemon Shake Up Popsicle
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 1 quart of water
  1. Squeeze juice of one lemon into a quart sized mason jar. I also like to squeeze a bit of the pulp. Add ¼ cup of sugar and about 1 quart of water (just enough to fill the jar). Place the lid on the jar and shake it up until it's mixed really well. Poor into popsicle molds and allow to freeze overnight.
