Vanilla Bean Frosting
 
Ingredients
  • ½ c. salted butter softened
  • ¼ c. unsalted butter softened
  • Seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean
  • 3 c. of powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. milk
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized bowl, beat butters and vanilla bean seeds until whipped creamy, about 7 minutes. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, and mix on low until incorporated, about 1 minute. Then, beat for on medium for an additional 5 minute or until the frosting is light and fluffy.
