Our Christmas Home Tour

This post is sponsored by At Home Stores! Ideas and opinions are 100% my own. Thanks for supporting the brands that support MHB! Merry Christmas!

It’s time for all out Christmas cheer and I am here for it. It dawned on me earlier this season that this *might* be our last Christmas in this home. Naturally, if that’s the case, I had to give it one last grand Christmas hurrah. That was my approach to decorating this year: decorate all the things. It’s not over the top crazy, in my humble opinion, it’s just enough and it’s the right amount of cheer spread throughout our house to create the most magical Christmas joy. That’s what it’s all about right?

I learned last year that I really love nontraditional colors for Christmas. This year, I thought I might go the same route with navy and silver until I got to At Home and found the most beautiful shade of teal green ornaments. That shifted my vision and I went with it.

I love the mix of green, navy, and silver in this tree. The textures of the different bulbs are really beautiful. That beaded one is a favorite. From a real-life perspective, the best part about this tree is that every single ornament on the tree is shatterproof. #momlife

I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to mix in some real greenery with the faux.

Speaking of fake greens, I love these little bundles of greenery from At Home.

And when I spotted these mini wreaths I squealed out loud. The little jingle bell on these makes them even more festive. I grabbed a bunch to put on every cabinet in the kitchen. Sorry family, we’ll be jingling all season long!

The Christmas shelfie was really fun to style. Simple really seems to be better with these bookshelves. I just added a few little touches like bowls of ornaments and mini trees.

Part of my decision to go “all out” this Christmas season meant to put up every single Christmas tree that we own (three actually). I felt like Oprah the day after Thanksgiving, “you get a tree, you get a tree!” We were all super excited about it. I took Peighton with me to At Home and she got to pick out her own inspiration for the playroom tree. She decided on an “artic animal” theme after seeing a polar bear ornament.

I was on board right away because I don’t often get to decorate with such whimsy. We filled our cart with snowflakes, yetis, and all the artic animals we could find. We also added an array of silver and white ornaments that remind me of snowballs and balls of ice. Overall, I’m obsessed with this tree. It came out way better than I could have ever imagined.

We also had fun ogling over the vast selection of Nutcrackers that At Home offers. We picked up a few more to add to our collection.

About that third tree. It made its way into our bedroom where you may be surprised to see a more traditional Christmas set up. At Home has such a great selection of traditional Christmas decor, it’s very difficult to walk away without something red in your cart.

I couldn’t resist the magnolia wreath with red berries and thought it would look lovely with a more traditional tree.

Again, all the bulbs I selected for this tree are also shatterproof (all the mamas raise praise hands for that)! The red and silver ornaments make for a very elegant and traditional tree which to me says Christmas without thinking twice.

At Home is truly your destination for Christmas decorating. Whatever your holiday decorating style, you’re sure to find something perfect at At Home.

Do you have a theme or a certain decorating style this holiday season? I’d love to hear what colors you’re decorating with! Let me know in the comments!
