Nautical Beverage Tray
I’ve been dying to do a DIY beverage tray for a long time now. I’ve seen some really cute stenciled trays but none were quite right.
Now that summer is here, what better time to bust out the beverage tray and pass out some yummy adult beverages?
And because I love all things nautical, I put a nautical spin on it…

This DIY is super easy and I was able to whip it up in just an afternoon including paint drying time.
Supplies Needed:
A wood round
Spray Paint
Stencil
Drawer Pulls
I sanded down the 15″ wood round that I picked up from the hardware store (I think it was about $10).
Next, I spray painted the entire piece white. This required a few coats for full coverage.
Then, I used my Silhouette to create a vinyl stencil for the anchors. You could also use a purchased stencil or print and cut your desired design and use that as a stencil. This project would be great for stamping as well!
After the stencil was firmly in place, I spray painted the anchors navy blue.
After the anchors were dry, I drilled holes for the handles. The handles are just drawer pulls that I spray painted gold. Super easy and cheap trick!
