So I don’t know about you but I love a good IKEA hack. I’m always amazed at what people can do with a basic piece of IKEA furniture. It is just so customizable! My daughter is beyond ready for a big girl bed. She started breaking out of her crib a few months ago and recently we’ve ditched the crib altogether. We’ve been doing the mattress on the floor thing for a few weeks now and she’s overdue for a big kid bed. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect bed for awhile now and I just haven’t found anything I love in the right price range. I can’t believe how expensive youth beds are… like crazy expensive!!
Since I love DIYing so much, it’s so hard to pay full price for something I know I can DIY for a fraction of the cost. As it turns out I’m not the only one because whiling searching for inspiration I found a bunch of really great IKEA hacks for custom kids’ beds! I’m definitely doing an IKEA hack for her bed and all of these cute kids beds have inspired me so I thought you all would appreciate seeing some awesome IKEA hack (ed) kids beds!
