Can I just tell you about the double sided coin that is cooking for one (and a half)?

And this creamy cilantro dressing is my all time favorite. What’s awesome about Fresh and Easy is that if it has the Fresh & Easy name on it, it’s guaranteed to be free from artificial colors and flavors, transfats, high-fructose corn syrup or any other hidden nasties that are out there. How awesome is that? It feels good to have brands you can always trust.

My southwestern steak salad was the perfect summer salad. Packed with fresh veggies from Fresh and Easy, romaine lettuce, cilantro, red onions, avocado, and black beans. Topped with the savory and lean carne asada and the creamy cilantro dressing. It’s one of my go to meals for summer!
