In a small bowl, stir brown sugar into the melted butter and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla together.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray and cover the bottom of the dish with half of the brown sugar and butter mixture.
Add an even layer of Texas Toast pieces to cover the dish (six slices).
Pour half of the egg and milk mixture evenly over the bread.
Spread the rest of the sugar and butter mixture over top.
Then top with another layer of Texas Toast and egg and milk mixture.
Place a few pads of butter over top and sprinkle with some cinnamon and white sugar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350. And bake for 45 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar, and fresh strawberries.
